Feather Touch Brows
Also known as microblading, ultra fine individual natural looking hair strokes are tattooed throughout the brow with a hand held tool to fill any unwanted gaps.
Is the most natural of all the methods.
Is not recommended for clients with oily skin or over-tweezed brows.
You can expect to get 1-2 years out of your Microblading before transitioning to a soft Ombre/Combo Brow/Powder Brow.
Ombre Brows
Using a specialist tattoo machine, Bess can create the perfect brow for you - this can be a light wash of colour or a deeper colour for more definition and structure.
Our most popular technique, ombre brows feature a lighter and softer front, blending to a defined darker tail.
Ombre brows look very natural once healed, as the brow isn't saturated with the same amount of pigment from front to tail, so tends to allow for a defined yet soft look.
Powder Brows
Great for those wanted in achieve shape and definition, giving a similar look to that of filling in your brows with a pencil or powder.
Great for clients with oily skin and those for prefer a defined makeup look.
We can vary the intensity to what you are after e.g soft and subtle, medium or bold.
In the first treatment we create the perfect brow to suit the unique symmetry of your face.
A second treatment 6-8 weeks later is always essential to retouch pigment that may have been lost during the healing process.
All specialised brow tattoos include a full consultation and personalised brow measure & shape.
A non-refundable deposit is required on all treatments to guarantee & secure the service at the time of booking.

οΏ¬ HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED?
All appointments include two treatments. Your second appointment is a perfecting visit where we make necessary adjustments. This appointment must be done no less than 4 weeks and no more than 8 weeks apart. If you have little to no natural brow hair, you may require a third appointment at an additional cost. This will be discussed with you at your first appointment consultation.
οΏ¬ CAN I WEAR MAKEUP TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes you can wear makeup on the day to your appointment if you wish. Your Artist will remove what she needs to before she starts.
οΏ¬ DOES IT HURT?
We use anaesthetics to numb the treatment area before and during the procedure which makes each treatment pretty comfortable for you. Each client experiences pain differently. We manage each client accordingly to keep you as pain free as possible.
οΏ¬ HOW IS MY COLOUR CHOSEN?
We have a huge range of colours to suited each individuals skin tone plus hair colour. The colour is chosen together with yourself and the artist. Your artist will recommend and show you colours close to your natural brow hair colour for the perfect blend. If you tint your brows because they are too blonde, grey, white etc, then you will need to continue to tint them after they are tattooed as the cosmetic tattoo only colours the skin behind the hairs, not the hairs themselves. We recommend to wait at least 3 weeks after the procedure before tinting them again.
οΏ¬ HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO SETTLE?
The first couple of days they will appear darker then your chosen colour. This is because the pigment hasn't healed under the skin yet. The best time to have a good look at the colour is two weeks after your first appointment. The colour will then be much softer and settled in the skin. Your artist will go through the full healing process with you in your consultation.
οΏ¬ DO I NEED TO SHAPE THEM BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
No we recommend you to leave them if you can as you may remove more then we need. Your artist will do a full custom brow shape before the treatment.
οΏ¬ WHICH OPTION SHOULD I GO FOR?
Your artist will go over each option with you in the consultation. If you have a look through our list of styles in our gallery you will be able to narrow it down by personal preference and life style in the info. Feather Touch option is not recommended for extremely oily skins or clients that are working out a lot as it will fade quicker. Powdered brows are more suited for oily skins and hide larger areas for brow reconstruction on clients with large areas of hair loss.
οΏ¬ HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
We recommend 12 monthly colours boosts with our Feather Touch option. Powdered brows last longer in the skin so you will get more like 18 months before needing your colour boost. Lips and eyeliner last about 5-7 years depending on colour choice.
οΏ¬ CAN I GET PROCEDURES DONE WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?
Unfortunately we can not do the procedure if you are pregnant . If you are nursing you will need to express for 24 hours after the treatment before feeding again.

Lip Line and Blend
Lips are lined in a colour of your choice then blended down into the lips for a soft ombre effect. This creates the illusion of volume for βplumperβ fuller looking lips.
This technique is ideal for people who have no definite lip shape, uneven lips, lips that have lost the shape as a result of cold sores or injury, those with 'crease lines' or who have had lip augmentation and people who like a definite lip shape to emphasize or enlarge the mouth. It makes it easier to apply lipstick.

Enhancing the natural lip colour with a light pixel technique to improve definition to create the illusion of fullness.
Most natural look and great for those who are comfortable with their lips but wanting a subtle transformation. Either matching to your natural lip colour or dusting a soft colour of your choice.

οΏ¬ WHO IS SUITABLE FOR LIP TATTOOING?
Everyone could benefit from a lip tattoo treatment. Whether it's to enhance the natural lip colour, create the appearance of fuller lips or restore the natural contour line. With age especially lips can become thinner, lose their volume and natural healthy lip colour. Cold sores can also cause scaring on the lips, making the lips appear patchy in places. Tattooing can also help stimulate collagen production and restore lost colour.
οΏ¬HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The first session can take longer than other PMU treatments, as the lips are the most sensitive part of the face (especially with age) and can swell during the treatment. We also need to pre-numb clients for 20-30mins before starting. Lip Tattooing can take between 1.5 - 3hrs depending on the lip size and condition, pain level, and what pigment concentration you are wanting to achieve.

οΏ¬WILL MY LIPS SWELL?
Minor swelling should reduce between 30mins - 5hrs after the procedure, depending on your lymphatic system. More major swelling can last up to three days. You can apply cold compresses or jell packs (not frozen ice) to the lips after the procedure to help with swelling. Antihistamine and pain killers are also okay to take after the procedure.
