Chaga Mushroom (1050mg per cap)

Directions:
Take 2 pills once a day, morning, or night. We recommend taking GUT WITHIN for a minimum of 2 months. Allowing time for full results to be seen. For ongoing gut health and support, take GUT WITHIN long term. 60 caps in bottle.
DOSE: 1-2 capsules per day (If taken in conjunction with Skin Within just one capsule per day)
STORAGE - it is recommended that GUT WITHIN is stored in the fridge but it is to a requirement.
This product is not recommended for pregnant ladies or those breastfeeding due to the Cayenne Powder which is spicy which it may cause baby to have upset tummy.
